Command
=======

USAGE

   |  ``update <filename>``
   |  ``update <object>``

Destructs the old version of a file and loads a new one
Flags :
 |  -r - Ingnore inherited files
 |  -R - Update all inherited files
 |  -z - Update only inherited files "older" than the target file.
